Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to make purchases or book consultations. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Updates: We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect when posted on JuveMD.com, and your continued use signifies agreement. Check back regularly for updates.

2. Products and Purchases

Product Availability: We offer JuveMD-branded products (e.g., Day & Night Systems, Skincare Trio) and at-home treatments, subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice, especially for event-only specials.

Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes or shipping unless stated. Event pricing (e.g., launch specials) is valid only during the specified period. We’re not responsible for pricing errors but will correct them promptly, notifying you if an order is affected.

Payment: We accept payments via Stripe (see our secure checkout). Full payment is due at checkout for products; deposits are required for consultations, with balances due at the session’s end. Your card statement will show “JuveMD” as the merchant.

Returns & Refunds: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days for a refund (minus shipping costs). Contact us at 702-228-0491 or success@juvemd.com to initiate. Prescription-grade products and consultations are non-refundable due to their custom nature (see below). Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

3. Prescription-Grade Products

Consultation Required: Prescription-grade products (e.g., spot and acne treatments) are custom-formulated and require an in-person consultation with Dr. Dempsey or our team. The listed price includes the consultation and a specified treatment duration (e.g., X months).

Non-Refundable: Due to their personalized formulation, prescription-grade products are non-refundable and non-returnable once dispensed. Existing patients may order refills without a new consultation, subject to medical approval.

Medical Disclaimers: Results vary, and no guarantees are made regarding efficacy. You must disclose all health conditions during your consultation to ensure safe use. JuveMD is not liable for adverse reactions if full disclosure is not provided.

4. Consultations

Booking & Deposits: Consultations (e.g., for hormone therapy, aesthetics, or weight loss) require a deposit to schedule, applied to the total service cost. The balance is due at the end of the first session.

Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

Service Outcomes: Consultations provide medical advice and planning (e.g., hormone therapy, skincare prescriptions), but results are not guaranteed. We tailor plans to your needs, but individual responses vary.

Non-Refundable: Consultation deposits and session fees are non-refundable after the session occurs, as they cover personalized medical services.

5. Intellectual Property

Website Content: All content on JuveMD.com (text, images, logos) is owned by JuveMD or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our written consent.

Product Use: JuveMD products and prescriptions are for personal use only. Reselling or commercial use is prohibited.

No Guarantees: While we strive for excellence, JuveMD does not guarantee specific results from products, prescriptions, or consultations. Aesthetic and health outcomes vary based on individual factors.

Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, JuveMD’s liability for any claim (e.g., product defects, service issues) is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.
