Meet Dr. Andrea Dempsey

I’ve been practicing since 2008, and from the start, I’ve had a passion for hormone replacement therapy, especially in women’s health. After 12 years of seeing patients, I decided to focus my practice entirely on wellness and hormone replacement because I felt it was a massively underrepresented and underserved space. It’s been a journey, and I’m thrilled to share why I’m here today…

My Shift To Pellet Therapy

Early on, I placed many patients on small, compounded doses of testosterone, but I noticed inconsistencies—some didn’t feel the benefits over time. Then, in 2019, I attended a conference that changed everything. I was blown away by how many doctors were practicing like me, and I learned about the power of testosterone and bioidentical hormone pellets.

The data impressed me—superior bone density, heart health benefits, and longevity stats. I came back inspired to rethink how I could help my patients thrive long-term. Over the past five years, I’ve treated over 3,000 patients with pellets, reviewing blood work for at least that many—probably more—every three to six months. The results speak for themselves: patients keep coming back every four months because they feel the difference.

A Personal Connection Through Private Practice

This isn’t just professional for me—it’s personal. In the last five years, I’ve gone through menopause myself, after earlier issues with my ovaries. I started wondering, “Am I part of this patient population too?” So, I treated myself with hormone pellets—testosterone first, then estrogen. The improvements were real: sharper mental clarity, more energy, better mood, stronger relationships. Plus, I know I’m protecting my heart and bones. Living it myself drives me to get it right for you.

Changing & Improving The Hormone Conversation

I keep thinking about the Women’s Health Initiative study from 24 years ago—it scared so many women into believing hormones caused cancer or strokes, pushing them to stop abruptly. For 15 years in my practice, I’ve been convincing patients that study wasn’t well-conducted. Just last year, it was fully debunked. Now, we’re picking up the pieces for women left behind—facing risks to cognition, stroke, and heart disease. I’m hopeful we’re back on track. Instead of dwelling on flawed past studies, I focus on the future—more research on testosterone and longevity, and a brighter outlook for women’s health. I truly believe I’m in the right place at the right time.

Specialized Care For Every Patient

We look at you individually. Too often, patients come to me after simple blood panels elsewhere, told “everything’s fine” when it’s not. I’m proud we take the time—asking the right questions, diving into extensive blood work, and rejecting the “one-size-fits-all” trap. I’ve introduced ideas like the T3 hormone’s role in aging well—low T3 can even lead to heart disease or early mortality. With years of reading, studying blood work, and seeing benefits firsthand, this tailored approach has been our success formula.
