Our 5-Step Cellenis Derma PRP Process

Your Cellenis Derma PRP session will last about an hour. We’ll start with a chat about your goals and what areas you want smooth and volumize.

Cellenis Derma PRP is powered by your own blood so I'll draw it (like a lab test). Numbing cream is also applied to keep the injection areas comfortable.

Next I spin your blood in our centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

After being processed in the centrifuge, heated, and then cooled down it becomes a gel consistency.

This process leaves us with multiple rounds of injections all loaded with growth factors that stimulate your collagen production to smooth lines and add subtle volume.

Using fine needles, I place it in the areas you want to treat while massaging it in. There is no major downtime and the only signs you had it done include minimal swelling and small injection marks similar to subtle acne.

Questions & Concerns About Cellenis Derma PRP

"How long is recovery?"

Minimal—think 1-2 days of redness or swelling like a light sunburn. Makeup is fine after a day. Results emerge in weeks, peaking over months, and last 4-6 months.

Not at all—it’s your own blood, so it blends seamlessly, adding subtle volume or smoothness. No “filler face” here—just a natural, refreshed look that our patients love.

Totally—since it’s your own blood, there’s no allergy risk, and it’s FDA-cleared.

Just mild pricks, our numbing process makes it a breeze. Each injection feels like a tiny pinch and any pain afterwards is minimal like a mild sunburn.

We recommend 2 treatments 8 weeks apart, and after that a repeat every 6 months.

Cellenis PRP uses your blood to regenerate and volumize your skin naturally over time, whereas fillers like Juvederm add instant synthetic volume. PRP’s slower but longer-lasting. Think of it as healing vs. filling.
